You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory to initiate the return process.⚠️ Please note: Orders placed via No Cost EMI are not eligible for refunds. Only replacements will be entertained in such cases.

We request customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.Depending on the nature of the issue:•We may send replacement parts or accessories•Or replace the entire unit, at no extra cost.We reserve the right to assess the extent of damage before approving a replacement.⸻Returns (Non-Damaged Products)•Free return shipping is offered only for mandir's that arrive in a damaged or defective condition.•For other return requests (such as change of mind or preference), both pickup and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.⸻Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:•Customized mandirs (including special orders, name engravings, or size modifications)•Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use
•Returns based on mandir dimensions, as every product listing clearly mentions the size. We advise you to measure your placement area carefully before placing the order.
❌ No refund will be issued for orders placed using No Cost EMI.⸻ExchangesIf you’d like a different model or design, the fastest option is to return your current item (if eligible), and place a fresh order for the one you prefer. Exchange requests are subject to availability.⸻RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the amount (after applicable deductions) will be refunded to your bank account via NEFT/RTGS within 7–10 working days.💳 Please note: A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total order value during refunds.
